Completing a trust form and thus putting your policy in trust may suit your personal circumstances. Your
policy then effectively becomes "owned" by your trustees (you can be a trustee) and on your death,
the policy proceeds can be distributed by your trustees according to your wishes as expressed in
the trust. This could speed up the process of getting the policy benefits to your loved ones.
We can supply you with a trust form, but we cannot advise whether setting up a trust is suitable for
you. There are important legal aspects involved (for example you need to make sure that your trust
form does not clash with the terms of any will you may have made) and you must take independent legal
advice from a properly qualified person.
